One Communication - Senior Developer
We are looking for a Senior Developer who is willing to join our team to bring our creative solutions across devices to the next level.

This role bridges the creative and technical aspects of project delivery.

- with little supervision a Senior Developer develops and implements designs technically according to creative and art direction already established. As such, the qualified candidate must be able to work in and bridge the creative with the technical across a variety of platforms and frameworks.

Main focus will be:
Produceing software for Multitouch on our windows platform. 

The Main Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and developing highly interactive applications that include interaction with 3D, video and audio.

Responsible for executing through code complex designs that reflect the creative and art direction provided within the established technical framework

Establish presentation layer requirements.

May need to rapidly produce interim deliverables (such as style guide components, technical specifications, prototypes, proofs of concept, etc.) in addition to the final live site or application.

Participate in developing supporting proposal materials for projects.

Participate in scoping and planning work
.

Participate in writing detailed level technical and functional specifications documentation
.

Creation of all coded Presentation Layer deliverables.

Works well as a team member on large accounts, understanding how a team operates and what is expected of the various roles on the project.

Able to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need and/or the type of project
.


We need the person to have.

Ability to take initiative to research and learn emerging technologies

May manage a small team of Developers

Participation in the greater Development Community

At least 4+ years experience hand-coding C# / WPF 

Must have extensive knowledge and experience with multimedia development, image, sound, video integration in applications

Must have some experience with C++ and DirectX development, (Should at least be able to create an application)

Some experience with 3D graphics

Experience with Rich Media Applications, Script Based Animation, Object-Oriented Programming, Event Driven Programming and XML

Experience with Design Patterns, Advanced Object-Oriented Programming, MVC Architecture such as Cairngorm, Web Services, Flex and Backend/External System Integration is a plus.

Experience version control systems

Experience with Analytics Solutions (Google Analytics, Yahoo Analytics and Piwik)

User Interface Design, Information Architecture, graphic design experience is a plus

Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation
