SMS-correspondances relaying everything from flight schedules to what room an attendee was staying in, personalized with name and affiliate in each text, made Tech Zone 2011 both personal and professional.

The event took place LIVE with two venues coming together as one - from San Jose, California to Vestfold, Norway. And through One Communication´s own CMS - Publisher - a landing-site, portraying all key-notes, guided attendees through the event giving them an opportunity to ask questions, send comments and rate each one of the speakers. Also, from the back-end lists of both key-notes and attendees, information was realyed as TV-graphics (CG) to the projection-screens of each of ten different rooms in use, passing on all comments and questions in real-time.

In other words, the Mobile Management System gives the customer additional modules with different functions - all derived from, and connected by, Publisher in the back-end.
