OC Event Manager includes:

-booking system
-mobile web intergration
-communication tools like sms, mms and e-mail
-TV-graphic overlay (character generator/supers fitted for specific event)
-an Event Dashboard, which is a module for the OC Publisher mainframe

The Event Dashboard:

It gives the event participants access to a mobile interface we call the event dashboard. It shows a list of the upcoming keynotes, and gives the participant the opportunity to interact with the the keynote on stage by adding:

• Comments
• Questions
• Voting/ranking

The dashboard works on smart phones, tablets and computers.

The Modules:

• An interface for event participants which is web based
• An archive-structure to host all the keynotes information
• A monitoring dashboard to control the incoming questions and comments
• A file upload to add pause loops and intro-videos
• An overlay, runs the content on the screen (Windows-based application in which you need an image scaler to be able to add this to the mix)
